Or once we are navigating and damage?
Or how about when we’ve got gained muscle?!

Final Monday: I had not weighed myself in virtually a YEAR. I eat on level, I work out, I educate fats loss for goodness sake.
And I stepped on it. (After first blaming my husband for shrinking my denims)
And it was up 10 lbs. YUP
I began questioning my complete life.
Who am I to show FAT LOSS?
After which I remembered…
I’m 50. I’m in peri menopause.
I’m presently on NO bio an identical hormones (nothing in opposition to them simply not my path RIGHT NOW) & most significantly, I’ve centered HARD on constructing a butt the final 12 months.
